MICHELLE AND ENTOURAGE TAKE TO THE SKIES - AGAIN

WASHINGTON — US First Lady Michelle Obama is en route to Pretoria on Monday to kick off a six-day Africa visit, during which she will meet anti-apartheid leaders in South Africa and go on safari in Botswana.

President Barack Obama's wife, their daughters Sasha and Malia,

her mother Marian Robinson and two nephews departed Washington late Sunday and are scheduled to arrive in South Africa around 1800 GMT on Monday.

IF this is TRULY an Official trip to promote/advance the Administration’s “agenda” in Africa…..WHY is Michelle bringing her daughters Malia and Sasha, her mother, Marian Robinson, and her niece and nephew, Leslie and Avery Robinson.

The trip ends with a private family safari at a South African game reserve before the return to Washington on June 27.

Attempting to head off similar criticism this time, the White House said Mrs. Obama is allowed to bring guests with her on the plane because she's on official U.S. business, as the president is allowed on his official trips. All other costs regarding her family are to be paid for privately.

  1. I'd like to see Michelle's reimbursement check.

  2. Seems President Zuma has snubbed the dear Michelle because of a busy schedule. That tells me this 'bit of diplomacy' was added at the last minute to give the false idea that Michelle wasn't just on another tax-payer vacation. Do they REALLY think we are THIS stupid???
