The Congress passed a bill stating the government's priorities for paying it's debts would be as follows: (After all, it IS Congress that spends the money)
1 - service the debt
2 - pay the military
3 - pay entitlements (SSI, Medicare, Medicaid)
4 - SUSPEND ALL salary increases for ALL government employees until further notice
There is PLENTY of money coming in daily to do this and more and this would take away Obama's ability to demagogue this debt increase he and Geithner are 'demanding'..... just sayin'
