...WE DO SKEET SHOOTING ALL THE TIME...

The White House released this picture today of Obama firing a gun.  The caption reads:
"President Barack Obama shoots clay targets on the range at Camp David, Md., Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012”. (Official White House Photo by Pete Souza)

Maybe I need to get my eyes examined because…. I’ve never seen gas from a gun in AUGUST, but on icy cold days, yup.  I’ve also never seen anyone fire at a clay pigeon parallel to the ground – USUALLY the targets are slung into the air and the shooter aims up and shoots  into the air.  Obama’s also standing on a paved road – yup – I guess all firing ranges have paved roads everywhere.

"Yes, in fact, up at Camp David, we DO skeet shooting all the time," said Obama.

In NC, we 'shoot skeet'.. just sayin'

  1. Maybe it's just me but doesn't barry ALWAYS wear his allah ring? Either I'm blind or it's not there - just making an observation - can anyone else say 'photoshop' (of course that is in addition to the 'smoke' emanating from the gun.............)

    1. Can't see the fingers on his left hand well enough to tell - but he was wearing it in his inaugural pictures....

  2. I wonder if Obama had to go to the dentist after firing that shot..... and the gun must have a hair trigger, since his finger is NOT all the way back on the trigger....

  4. And the photographer is in front of the shooter--not usually an approved position for non-targets.
