WHO, EXACTLY, IS BIG BROTHER WATCHING?

In the last two weeks, it’s come to light that the government is not only data mining cell phone calls – they are also scanning emails and text messages OF AMERICAN CITIZENS.

The government has almost completed a 2 MILLION SQUARE FOOT FACILITY TO HOUSE ALL THE DATA THEY ARE GATHERING, AND HAVE BEEN GATHERING, since 2009 when Obama approved project ‘BUMBLEHIVE’ (google it if you aren’t familiar with it)

The government says they need to gather all the information of private citizens so they can keep us safe.

The government says they have foiled a plan to place bombs in the NYC subway.

$2,000,000,000 for a facility, a gazillion message and call intercepts.

To keep us safe.

Would someone please answer this question for me?  WHY THE FUCK WAS THE GOVERNMENT NOT ABLE TO STOP THE TSARNOV BROTHERS FROM BLOWING UP THE BOSTON MARATHON…… WHEN THE RUSSIANS HAD TOLD US WHO THEY WERE, TOLD US THAT ONE OF THEM HAD TRAVELED TO CHECHNYA FOR 6 MONTHS, AND THAT THEY WERE ISLAMIC EXTREMISTS????
