There is no excuse.... none I can think of... for this woman being elected AND RE-ELECTED to the Congress of the United States of America!

Not all of Houston is as bad as her 'district' - of course that particular district is tailor made to be reflective of her intellect. And of course bear in mind that not all of the denizens of that district are like her, but just enough of them are that they keep her in her 'position',,,,,,,,,,,,
